ARKA privacy policy

ARKA stores organisation files, account data and audit events so the service can run. Files stay on the server chosen for your organisation. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of account data.

Public pages are counted without cookies and without Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. The IP address is not stored. A daily salt turns it into an anonymous code that cannot be linked the next day. We keep the page path, referrer, UTM, country, city, device, browser, operating system and language. We do not keep email addresses, names or file names. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honoured, so no cookie banner is required for statistics. An optional self-hosted Umami dashboard at stats.pandafix.lt stays off until an administrator enables it.
